About the role
Winthrop Technologies is Europe’s only dedicated data centre delivery partner, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning. Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector. We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our on-site project team in Finland. You will support a commercial team of quantity surveyors with administration, document control, and coordination to ensure project information is accurate, organised, and progressed on time. This position will be based on-site five days per week in Kirkkonummi / Espoo, Finland.
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Process orders in line with company procedures
- Perform general administration, data entry, and ad hoc office tasks
- Maintain and organise project documentation
- Track document comments and follow up on responses
- Support the Quantity Surveyor team with reporting and deadlines
- Attend project meetings and assist with action tracking
