Workshop Supervisor for Brand Service - Auto Sky Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor for official Citroen, Opel, Peugeot, and Suzuki brand service as well as Bosch Car Service multi-brand service in a permanent position. As our brand service has expanded, we want to offer the best possible service to customers, and therefore we are hiring a customer-oriented and motivated workshop supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service at the brand service, receiving and handing over work, managing reservations, leading work, and customer contacts. You are genuinely interested in the industry, customer service comes naturally to you, and you have a positive and proactive attitude. You are able to work well with different types of people. You learn new procedures quickly, communicate effectively with colleagues, are organized, and can handle pressure in sometimes rapidly changing situations. You have relevant education for the role, several years of experience in a brand or multi-brand service environment, at least a B-class driving license, and proficiency in Finnish and English.
