Senior Executive, HR - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

Join our growing manufacturing team in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia! We're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Executive, HR to ensure our operations meet stringent local and international standards for human resources. The position function focuses on driving operational excellence in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, foreign worker management, and shop floor hiring. Your main responsibilities will include executing site annual training roadmap, sourcing and managing external training vendors, developing internal training capabilities, analyzing compensation and benefits structure, managing salary structure, job analysis, evaluation, grading, surveys, and programs, working closely with payroll providers, managing work permit, visa, and residence permit applications for foreign employees, liaising with agencies and immigration offices, conducting workforce planning, creating job descriptions, interviewing, coordinating assessment centers, and managing offer negotiations. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 5-8 years of HR experience, good knowledge of Employment Act 1955, excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, high integrity, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
