Job Description
As a practical nurse, you will act as a primary caregiver for clients and collaborate with team members. You will ensure the clients' well-being and care needs are met and participate in medication administration. You are an important part of the multidisciplinary and multicultural work community at the facility. Our work is characterized by a positive attitude, respecting each member of the community. Our operations at Lehmuskartano are based on supporting clients' participation in meaningful and life-affirming activities. We organize events and hobby activities for clients, planned together. Clients can participate in art, music, physical activities, outdoor events, as well as various trips and celebrations. In addition to healthcare professionals, we employ support staff who handle tasks related to dining, cleaning, and laundry.
