Work in the care sector with elderly people requires genuine caring and presence. We are seeking compassionate individuals with the right values. You are the person we are looking for if you have enthusiasm and readiness to care for seniors in their own homes. We value compassionate, reliable, and social individuals to strengthen our caregiving team. Qualifications or experience are less important than the genuine ability to care for others. As a caregiver, you will improve seniors’ quality of life and help them to act independently. Your tasks are diverse. You will assist seniors in daily activities to ensure smooth everyday life. Tasks may include companionship, household chores such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and assistance with outdoor activities, shopping, and errands. Personal care, such as helping with morning and evening routines, may also be part of your duties. We are currently seeking a caregiver to work in Ikaalinen. Requirements: - Suitability and desire to work in care. - Reliability and flexibility. - Positive attitude and sociability. - Good spoken and written Finnish skills. - We will check the employee’s credit information. - According to the Act on Social and Health Care Supervision 741/2023 §28, a person to be employed must present a criminal record extract as specified in section 6, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Records Act. - Please include references in your application.
