Job Description
Fixed-term employment from June 29, 2026, to January 3, 2027 (full-time), start date according to agreement. Would you like to be involved in creating a good and personalized life for our clients? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate traveling supervisor to work in Kuopio units. The role of a traveling supervisor is diverse and meaningful – suitable for someone who enjoys changing work environments and wants to develop their skills in disability services. The position offers a great opportunity to work across multiple Savas Foundation units. The traveling supervisor works independently but is always part of a team and work community. In this role, you will cover absences of staff in different units and need medication licenses for all units in the area. You are familiar with the clients of the units and can act responsibly in all shifts. The supervisor's tasks include taking care of clients' individual needs. Our goal is a smooth daily life with its joys and sorrows. The work is mainly three-shift work, emphasizing stress tolerance, flexibility, and the ability to respond quickly to changing situations. The additional monthly allowance for the supervisor is 200.00 euros. Our core principles are high-quality services, active development, and a professional, motivated, and enthusiastic staff. We expect from you: - Education in social or health care (e.g., practical nurse, social services graduate, nurse). - Enthusiasm for learning new things and a desire to develop your professional skills. - Good teamwork skills – we value collaboration and team work. - Empathetic and customer-oriented attitude – you support our clients' well-being. - Vaccination against infectious diseases according to the Infectious Diseases Act (Section 48) and health status verification for tuberculosis (Section 55). - Registration as a protected professional with Valvira or relevant student rights. - Before starting employment, the selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the Act on the Supervision of Social and Health Care (741/2023).
