We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client in Pirkanmaa: You are familiar with the requirements of an industrial environment and can operate safely in various conditions. Mechanical work, especially involving hydraulic systems and their installation and maintenance, is familiar to you. You also understand different control systems and are comfortable working near electric motors. Work safety is a priority for you, along with precision and flexibility. Your tasks are partly adaptable, and you do not freeze in changing situations but use common sense and problem-solving skills. You maintain healthy lifestyle habits and are open to travel, which may involve several days at a time. The job may require working in uncomfortable conditions at times. We expect you to have previous experience in the field, be self-directed, and have a proactive work attitude with the ability to maintain an active and steady pace. Problem-solving skills, positive customer service orientation, and a good attitude are important. Punctuality, accuracy, and a positive, proactive approach will take you far. We require: * Valid safety and fire safety training certificates * Hydraulic skills * B driver's license and own car * Punctuality, healthy lifestyle, and good physical condition * Electrical skills Requirements: * Finnish language skills / B2-C1 conversational Finnish required (orientation/onboarding in Finnish) * Vocational training or equivalent experience in the field Salary will be based on skills and experience, starting from €15/hour or higher. The employment is initially temporary until fall 2026, with the possibility of direct employment with our client afterward.
