Assistants/Initiative-taking Earthworks Workers in Pyhäjoki! - SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Pyhäjoki, Finland

We are looking for motivated earthworks workers for our client starting from June and July until the end of the year. Your tasks may include erecting fences, building roads and dump bases, as well as other shovel and foreman duties. We expect you to have good physical condition and readiness to work outdoors. Additionally, we value the ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication skills, fluent Finnish language skills, and being of legal age. Experience in other construction tasks, use of wheel loaders, and valid safety, Tieturva 1, and water work certificates are considered advantages. This job offers an opportunity to develop your skills and learn new things. The workdays are varied and interesting, and no two days are the same. We provide comprehensive training for the tasks and support from a SOL contact person throughout the employment. The work is primarily on weekdays during day shifts, but we require readiness for two-shift work. Salary is based on the Infra sector collective agreement according to your skills.
