General Workers for Kirkkonummi - Bygga Capital Oy

We are looking for three general workers for our client company in Kirkkonummi. The job is diverse, including tasks such as working with scaffolding, stairs, and railings, demolition and installation tasks, material transport, site maintenance, general construction work, and site cleanliness. The position is suitable for individuals with good physical condition, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills. We expect applicants to have previous experience in the construction industry, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a careful and responsible work attitude, and proficiency in Finnish. Do you have a valid occupational safety and security card (Työturvallisuus- ja tieturvakortti 1) or are you willing to obtain one before starting work? What does the work involve? You will perform varied construction and general worker tasks: - Working with scaffolding, stairs, and railings - Demolition and installation tasks - Material handling and site maintenance - General construction work and maintaining site cleanliness What do we expect from you? - Valid occupational safety and security card (Työturvallisuus- ja tieturvakortti 1) - Previous experience in the construction industry, but the right attitude and willingness to work are highly valued - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Careful and responsible work attitude - Sufficient Finnish language skills to perform the tasks. Salary is determined according to the construction sector collective agreement, and work will start once suitable candidates are found.
