Are you the new Lidl employee? Attention! We are now looking for shift managers for our stores in Äänekoski, Saarijärvi, and Viitasaari. Previous supervisory experience is not required, as the right attitude is what counts! The shift manager leads their own shift, responsible for the smooth operation of the store and staff in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager. No prior supervisory experience is needed, as we value the right attitude and offer training. We seek cheerful customer service attitude, experience in retail or service sector, interest in supervisory work, and Finnish language skills for customer service and management tasks.
