Shelf Team Leader, Vantaa - Joblink Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are looking for a team leader for the shelf team in the daily goods store in Vantaa Koivukylä. Practical tasks include shelf stocking, leading the team in practical work, and guiding new and existing employees. Administrative tasks include contact with employees and customers, scheduling shifts, and monitoring goals. Work is done at a fast pace with a cheerful attitude. Customer service is very important, as stocking often occurs while the store is open, and customers are assisted during work. Days are flexible from Monday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 am. We provide comprehensive training for the team leader role. You should have previous experience in daily goods retail and fluent Finnish.
