Job Description
We are looking for a coach for Villa Niitty! Are you interested in supporting the participation of people on the autism spectrum in society as equal members and learning something new from them? Do you want to be part of spreading autism awareness and experiencing a unique yet similar everyday life and celebrations with clients? Autismisäätiö is now looking for a coach for a permanent full-time employment relationship in its growing group of professionals. If you wish, you have the opportunity to work part-time. Villa Niitty as a workplace Villa Niitty offers a sensory-friendly well-being log home for 14 developmentally disabled people on the autism spectrum. Our clients are young adults who need versatile strong support around the clock. Arts, culture, and nature are important in our everyday life. It is important to us to enable participation for everyone in a diverse everyday life - in addition to daily activities, you will participate in shopping trips, hobby visits, and events. The cornerstone of our operation is taking into account the individuality of the clients. Villa Niitty's work community is built on open and equal discussion. The coach's work is mainly two-shift work. Your duties include, among other things, planning, guiding, and evaluating the daily activities of clients (RAI), care and nursing, implementation of medication therapy, reporting and recording, maintaining professional skills, developing operations and the work unit, and working closely in cooperation with networks. You will receive support in your work from both the unit management and other coaches and instructors. Would you fit in with us? For the coach's position, we require a university of applied sciences degree in the social or health field suitable for the coach's duties and Valvira registration.
