The work involves assessing clients' overall well-being, supporting their independence, and participating in daily activities and communication. The role requires engaging with clients respectfully, supporting their social and emotional skills, and collaborating with relatives and stakeholders. The work includes participating in everyday tasks, implementing individual service plans, supporting communication, and documenting activities. The ideal candidate has a social or health care qualification (practical nurse) and is prepared for three-shift work.
