We are currently seeking a senior caregiver to strengthen our warm and skilled home care team: - Salo, Pahkavuori: 20.7.2026 - 15.3.2027 - Kyrö: as soon as possible - 31.3.2027. Your tasks In home care, you provide clients with safety, care, and responsible presence in their own homes. You will work in diverse environments and implement comprehensive care work together with the client, relatives, and a multidisciplinary team. Your work emphasizes strengthening clients' resources, supporting participation, and a rehabilitative approach. What we expect from you We value good communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently. Good spoken and written Finnish skills are required. The job requires a driver’s license and the possibility to use your own car. An active LOVe medication license, experience in elderly services, familiarity with RAI assessment tools, and good IT skills are considered an advantage. The eligibility requirement for the position is a professional basic degree in social and health care (senior caregiver) or an equivalent previous qualification, along with current registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
