We are now looking for a sales assistant for our store in Orimattila with a contract of 10-25 hours per week, but working hours can be adjusted as needed. Typical tasks include cashier work, shelf stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness. Training is provided, starting with basic tasks, with opportunities for additional responsibilities as skills develop, such as working at the bakery counter. Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required. We value a good attitude, willingness to learn, active asking for help, and a positive outlook. Customer service in Finnish at level B1 is sufficient, and basic greeting/helping customers is expected. We offer a competitive hourly wage of 10.89 – 14.57 euros, based on experience and education, plus Lidl-specific bonuses and allowances.
