Programming-skilled supervisor for the welding robot department. This is a responsible and important role at the core of production. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing a modern welding cell. Your duties include onboarding new employees, programming, and overall development of the department's operations. You will ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and the operational reliability of your department. Our client uses welding robots from Yaskawa, Motoman, and OTC, as well as next-generation collaborative robots (cobots). The role requires strong experience with welding robots and programming. Your working style should be proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Success in a supervisory role also requires good communication and collaboration skills, as well as a firm approach to addressing situations.
