We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and reliable executive assistant to support the leadership of the Satakunta Regional Council in succeeding in their work. As an assistant, you will work closely with the Regional Director and the Administrative Director. Your work will contribute to the smooth daily operations of the Regional Director. Your responsibilities will also include tasks related to administrative services supporting the entire organization. At the Satakunta Regional Council, your workday as an executive assistant will involve a variety of tasks. The role requires good stress tolerance, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and prioritize tasks. The executive assistant's duties include liaising with the Regional Director's stakeholders on arrangements requiring coordination at regional, national, and international levels. The work involves responding to various inquiries, organizing meetings, events, travel, and other arrangements. Your support will ensure effective internal and external communication regardless of the communication channel. We expect you to have natural interaction skills with different people and a flexible, responsible work attitude. Your actions should be solution-oriented, and you should coordinate even complex calendar items skillfully. The position requires previous experience in a demanding support role such as an executive assistant or similar. We require good written and spoken Finnish language skills and the ability to perform tasks also in English. Your background may be from the public or private sector — what matters most to us is that you are a professional in your field and trustworthy and friendly by nature.
