Team Leader for Day Center - Sininauhasäätiö - Remote - Global

We are looking for a team leader for a new day center in Helsinki, operated by Sininauhasäätiö. The work includes 50% client interaction, focusing on reducing harm from substance use among vulnerable groups, including those with homelessness or mental health issues. The ideal candidate has experience in addiction and mental health work, leadership experience of at least one year, and a social and health care university degree. The role requires a hygiene certificate and first aid certification (16h). The position offers a salary of 3300-3600 euros, starting from July 1, 2026.
