Job Description
Apply for a fixed-term position as an English and Swedish language teacher at the Lapua campus and Seinäjoki location from August 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The role includes subject teacher duties in vocational education. We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working with both young people and adults using a positive pedagogical approach. Previous teaching experience and willingness to take on new challenges are valued. Good communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to operate in various learning environments and networks are considered advantages. Additionally, we require a desire to develop and grow together with the educational community. We offer a diverse work environment and a professional team. Qualifications are based on the decree on the qualifications of education personnel 986/1998. Applicants in the final stages of their studies will also be considered. Employment terms are governed by the collective agreement for private education staff. Teaching hours are approximately 150-200. A three-month probation period applies at the start of employment.
