**As its operations grow, CHS Group is seeking an Import Freight Forwarder and an Export Freight Forwarder for the Air & Sea sea team** CHS is a domestic family business and one of the largest logistics companies in Finland. CHS offers versatile transport and forwarding services as well as supply chain management solutions. Your primary duties will include handling import or export shipments, preparing necessary transport and forwarding documents, and customs arrangements. Communication and cooperation with the international network, contacts with shipping companies, domestic transport companies, authorities, and other stakeholders. Versatile customer service tasks and service pricing are also part of the job description. Depending on your abilities and desires, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in the future. Both positions are permanent. After the orientation period, you will have the opportunity to work also at CHS's Tampere office. We expect from you: - Experience in handling import and/or export shipments - Flexibility, good stress tolerance, and initiative. - A customer-oriented mindset, a sense of humor, and a fondness for teamwork - Sufficient IT skills as well as good written and spoken proficiency in Finnish and English. Other language skills are an added advantage.
