Chief Customer Operations Officer - Bondora - Remote - Global

Bondora is looking for a Chief Customer Operations Officer to join the Management Board and lead the post-origination customer operations and servicing function across Bondora’s European markets. The role involves building and running scalable, automated, measurable, and controlled operations in a regulated banking environment. The function manages approximately €550M in loans, with a team of around 60 people across seven countries. Responsibilities include customer servicing, loan management, collections, recovery, AML operations, and system automation. The candidate must be a detailed, hands-on leader with experience in regulated financial services, automation, and process improvement, capable of managing operational risk and regulatory compliance at a senior level.
