Learn more at www.btbtransformers.com To support our continued growth, we are now looking for PROJECT MANAGERS Are you a project leader who ensures technical deliveries run smoothly and enjoys a role combining responsibility, coordination, and customer focus? In this role, you will take full ownership of transformer delivery projects across different customer segments, leading them from planning to final delivery. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and risks, and act as the key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your work ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with both contractual and technical requirements. A central part of the role is procurement and supplier collaboration. You will manage sourcing, tendering, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and services. You will also negotiate terms and proactively resolve challenges that may arise during the project. You will also play an important role in health and safety, financial follow-up, and quality assurance. This includes promoting safe working practices, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and participating in site inspections and audits when needed. In addition, you will manage project budgets and reporting in Netvisor, handle documentation and invoicing, and lead post-project reviews to support continuous improvement. The role includes occasional travel to customer sites, supplier facilities, and project locations in Finland and internationally, requiring flexibility in scheduling. We are looking for a candidate with a degree in electrical engineering, project management, or a related field, and proven experience in technical project leadership. Experience with transformer technology or relevant industrial processes is a strong advantage. You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders with confidence, have a solid understanding of procurement and safety requirements, and feel comfortable working in an international environment.
