We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible restaurant manager for Tonttula. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer experience, and leading staff. Responsibilities include managing restaurant operations and customer service, handling customer feedback and quality assurance, developing service processes, monitoring sales, setting targets, and reporting to management, managing inventory, conducting stock takes, minimizing waste in collaboration with the kitchen, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining licenses and certificates, participating in menu planning, campaigns, and event execution. Requirements include previous experience in the restaurant industry or similar roles, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to motivate staff, customer service orientation, resilience under pressure, good organizational skills, basic financial management knowledge, ability to monitor sales and costs, hygiene and alcohol service certificates, proficiency in Finnish (English is a plus), flexibility with working hours, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
