Payroll Specialist, Calderys, Lempäälä (Kesätyö) - Academic Work

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, verifying, and delivering payroll data to our external payroll partner. You will work in a versatile environment handling payroll processes for both office staff and employees, ensuring the accuracy of payroll data in accordance with collective agreements, local agreements, and other payroll practices. In this role, you will work on diverse payroll tasks in an international environment. You will handle payroll data processing, verify working hours and salary information, and serve as an important link between the business, personnel, and the external payroll partner. Responsibilities include processing, verifying, and delivering payroll data, reviewing payroll calculations, maintaining working hours and salary data, preparing certificates, supporting payroll processes according to construction industry collective agreement, and handling travel and expense reimbursements. We are looking for suitable educational background, experience in payroll or similar tasks, understanding of collective agreements, fluent Finnish and English skills, good Excel skills, and an independent work attitude. Valued experience includes construction industry payroll, piecework wages, and work time tracking systems. To succeed in this role, you should be responsible, organized, precise, and able to handle pressure. The recruitment process involves personality and cognitive tests. The role is based in Tampere, Pirkkala, Nokia, Ylöjärvi, Kangasala, Mänttä-Vilppula, or Urjala.
