We are currently looking for a service supervisor for store cleaning in Helsinki and the surrounding areas. What does a typical workday look like? As a service supervisor, you ensure that work at the sites proceeds smoothly and efficiently. You direct and support cleaners, oversee quality control, and ensure that customer expectations and our operations align. Your work is independent, but you work closely with both customers and your team. The service supervisor's duties include handling customer service situations in Finnish, onboarding new employees, and understanding work and safety instructions in Finnish. You will succeed in this role if you have: - Experience in the cleaning industry - Good organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Relevant cleaning industry qualification - Hygiene passport is an advantage for contact with food areas - Fluent Finnish and English skills; additional languages are a plus - Driver's license (B), as the job requires traveling between sites Why choose us?
