As part of this high-performing team, you'll play a critical role in connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities — and ensuring every candidate has a standout experience along the way. Due to continued hiring momentum, we're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based primarily in Sydney CBD (with flexibility for candidates in other locations), this hybrid role (2 days onsite per week) places you at the heart of high-volume recruitment operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
