Salary is $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with benefits including health, vision, dental, life, disability insurance, and paid time off. Location: Dallas, TX & Atlanta, GA, onsite.

- Experience with PostgreSQL security features and vulnerability remediation
- Proven experience in a 24x7 SLA-driven environment
- Ownership of Sev-1 / Sev-2 incidents, problem management, RCA, CAP
- Understanding of ITIL processes and compliance
- Supporting regulated enterprise environments including audits
- Ability to identify and drive automation using scripting and workflow tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills
