Responsible Cook at Traffic Station Do you enjoy working at your own pace in the kitchen? Do you want to ensure that customers always receive tasty and consistent food? Do you have a confident working style and the ability to keep the kitchen under control even during busy times? If you answered yes, you might be the person we are looking for. As a responsible cook, you will lead the daily operations of the kitchen: take care of food preparation, presentation, and self-monitoring, ensure sufficient raw materials, and keep the kitchen clean and functional. The work is practical and diverse, as you prepare lunch dishes, à la carte meals, and quick-service items at the traffic station, working closely with other staff to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during peak times. The role suits a cook who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to work in a position where their skills are visible. We expect from you: * Vocational training in the field or equivalent experience * Hygiene passport * Ability to use a personal car (the workplace is not accessible by public transport) * Finnish language skills * Good stress tolerance and quick working style * Ability to organize daily kitchen operations and act responsibly The position is permanent and full-time, with the possibility of direct recruitment to the client after the probation period. The salary is based on the collective agreement for travel, restaurant, and leisure services, ranging between €15.50 and €17.50 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
