Floor Supervisor - New Yorker Finland Oy - Espoo, Finland

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor for our New Yorker store in Sello, Espoo. Are development and new challenges your driving forces? If yes, you would fit well into our team. Main responsibilities include training with store management according to the New Yorker concept, shared responsibility for sales, revenue, and inventory, responsibility for daily store operations in the absence of a supervisor, assisting management with sales management tasks such as key financial figures, supporting management in development, training, and motivation, all store tasks, and collaboration with other departments in the team-oriented New Yorker. Requirements include secondary education, preferably higher education in management, economics, or fashion and retail, at least one year of experience in retail with good sales skills, preferably experience in sales and personnel management, leadership skills, good communication skills, self-reliant, autonomous, organized, committed, team-oriented, flexible, good stress tolerance, fashion awareness, and good Finnish and English skills, with knowledge of German as an advantage, and good Excel skills.
