We are looking for one (1) permanent and one (1) long-term substitute to assist a married couple. My spouse and I suffer from neurological diseases that progressively impair our functional ability. We need assistance with all daily activities such as eating, hygiene, mobility, and errands. Assistive devices include a ceiling hoist, manual wheelchairs, and a shower chair. Working days are generally Monday to Sunday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., in two shifts (8-15 / 14-21). Shift lengths can be negotiated; they are not fixed. Work begins immediately once a suitable person is found. The assistant's duties include: Medication management, Hygiene care, including intimate hygiene, Nursing tasks, Cooking and assisting with eating, Pushing the wheelchair, Participating in leisure activities, Household chores. I will provide training for all tasks and onboarding. The location is in the center of Loimaa. Salary according to Heta-TES (pay grade B2). The permanent position will be filled immediately once a suitable employee is found. Experience in nursing work is an advantage. A trial period is generally included in new employment contracts.
