Data Enablement Engineer - IF Insurances - Remote - Global

As a Data Enablement Engineer in If, you will become part of a squad responsible for establishing and delivering a strong onboarding experience for our data platform. Your role involves shaping how users are introduced to the platform, from first login to confident and responsible usage, working closely with platform teams and stakeholders. You will onboard producer and consumer teams onto Databricks, provide hands-on support in Databricks, dbt, CI/CD, Git, and platform practices, and create reusable assets like templates and guides. You will coach users of various backgrounds and skill levels, improve user experience by reducing friction, and address recurring pain points. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools, solid knowledge of Databricks and dbt, and a good understanding of CI/CD and Git. Excellent communication and teaching skills are essential, along with the ability to solve problems in real-world onboarding scenarios. A relevant bachelor's or master's degree is required. The role requires a good/excellent level of English. The monthly gross salary ranges from €3700 to €4500 depending on qualifications.
