The store manager role involves being a results-responsible store leader, overseeing the store and daily operations, developing a positive, customer-oriented atmosphere, and participating in daily sales work. Responsibilities include overall store performance, monitoring key figures, profitability, sales development, recruitment, onboarding, work scheduling, guiding and developing staff, daily store tasks such as unloading and shelf-stocking, ensuring store compliance with company policies, internal communication, and achieving set goals. The ideal candidate has previous sales and customer service experience, especially in retail or service sectors, a desire and courage to work in leadership roles, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, commitment and responsibility for the store's results, system proficiency, fluent Finnish and English skills, and preferably a commercial education. The role starts in June as a fixed-term temporary position until October, with salary based on agreement. The position is based in Helsinki.
