We are looking for an Automotive Service Technician with supervisory responsibilities in a permanent position at an automotive service shop located in Kaarina. The job starts as soon as possible. Competitive pay in a financially solid company. As an automotive service advisor, your main task is to ensure an excellent customer experience from the first contact. A customer-service and sales-oriented mindset is an absolute requirement. Previous supervisory experience is an advantage. Your duties include: customer service face-to-face, by phone and by email; assessing maintenance needs; estimating costs for vehicle services and repairs; selling additional services; supervisory tasks for service shop staff and work allocation. You will succeed in the role if you have prior experience in similar tasks; you learn quickly and handle digital tools in customer service; strong customer service attitude; previous supervisory work is an advantage; you hold a B-class driving license; you can commit to full-time work.
