Recruitment Business Partner - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join a well-established RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting one of Australia’s leading diversified property groups, Stockland Group. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, delivering expert recruitment solutions and helping bring great people into the business to shape the communities of tomorrow. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of business functions, contribute to process improvements, and broader talent initiatives. Building strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders will be key, providing insights and guidance that add value. The role is hybrid, requiring three days onsite at the Sydney office. Proven experience in client-facing recruitment, stakeholder management, and ATS platforms, especially SuccessFactors, is preferred.
