Do you want to gain hands-on experience across content creation, digital marketing, communications, events and brand management within an international organization? As Young Professional - Content, Communications & Brand Marketing, you will become an integral part of the Prysmian Netherlands Marketing Team. You will take ownership of a wide variety of projects, ranging from social media campaigns and website content to employer branding initiatives, sustainability communications and customer events. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop broad marketing expertise while making a visible contribution to one of the most recognized brands in the electrical infrastructure industry. Key Responsibilities Content Marketing & Storytelling Create engaging content for digital and offline channels. Develop customer stories, project references and case studies. Support the creation of brochures, presentations and communication materials. Translate technical topics into relevant and compelling marketing content. Social Media & Brand Visibility Manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Develop and maintain content calendars. Create social media campaigns and improve audience engagement. Monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Support influencer and ambassador collaborations. Digital Marketing & Website Management Maintain and improve website content. Support SEO initiatives and digital visibility projects. Assist with online campaigns and lead generation activities. Help launch new products, solutions and digital tools. Event Marketing & Brand Activation Support the organization of customer events, seminars, trade fairs and factory visits. Coordinate invitations, promotional materials and communication campaigns. Create event-related content before, during and after events. Support branding activities that strengthen market visibility. Employer Branding & Education Partnerships Support initiatives aimed at attracting future talent. Work with educational institutions, students and industry ambassadors. Create content that showcases careers, innovation and sustainability within Prysmian. Sustainability & Corporate Communications Support sustainability communication projects and campaigns. Contribute to ESG-related marketing materials. Help communicate Prysmian's role in the energy transition and circular economy. Internal Communications Create and coordinate content for internal communication channels. Support employee engagement activities and awareness campaigns. Contribute to newsletters, presentations and internal events. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field. Strong interest in content creation, storytelling and digital marketing. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Affinity with social media platforms and digital trends. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools or similar software is a plus. Proactive, creative and eager to learn. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a hands-on mentality.
