Join the personnel pool of Satakunnan Osuuskauppa for locations in the northern region. We are seeking a sales associate for the personnel pool of Satakunnan Osuuskauppa in the northern region for a permanent position. The position is part-time (28 hours/week). As a personnel pool member, you will work regularly at various units, mainly in Kankaanpää, Lavia, Honkajoki, Pomarkku, and Noormarkku, with occasional work at other locations as needed. The start date is as soon as possible. The personnel pool consists of sales associates working at multiple locations: Sale and S-market stores. The purpose of the pool is to facilitate additional work needs and respond to sudden changes: some shifts are scheduled in advance, while others may change unexpectedly within the region. You will know your working days and hours in advance, but the work location may change within the pool area. The exact work area will be determined together with the hired individual. You will perform meaningful work supporting store operations and colleagues. You should be a cheerful and energetic person, naturally smiling. The changing situations and dynamic work environments should be seen as strengths. The work is highly diverse, including tasks across different product groups, cash handling, and customer service, during all days of the week according to store hours. The ideal candidate has good customer service skills and is a cheerful team player. You are responsible, flexible regarding various tasks and working hours, and willing to work alone if needed.
