Job tasks are partly based on skills. We offer and sell various services. Our work varies seasonally, so the job description can be quite diverse. Previous experience can influence the tasks. The work includes at least: Tender calculation and project implementation. Experience on construction sites is necessary to understand what is being calculated. Estimating for some products, sales, and implementation, as well as developing these areas according to skills (covering other sales if needed). Procurement and tendering. Planning and executing work tasks (e.g., products) and logistics. Leading and managing projects based on skills. Developing and promoting our company and products. Possibly training on the job to become a concrete mixer. Important: good computer skills. Experience in construction is highly beneficial. Our projects are usually small, so being able to reliably handle a project from tender to final inspection (independently or as part of our team) is required. You should also be able to handle project reporting well. We also have many machines and equipment, so experience in maintenance is an advantage. Karjalan Betoni Oy is mainly a concrete products manufacturer in Eastern Finland. The company includes several entities and has various equipment, including 14 trucks.
