Social Worker, Child and Family Social Work, Vaasa - Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue - Vaasa, Finland

We are seeking a temporary social worker for child and family social work from June 8, 2026, to January 12, 2027, for the Wellbeing Services County of Ostrobothnia, with an initial placement in Vaasa. In child and family social work, we support children, young people, and their families in various life situations. As a social worker, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for urgent assessments, client process progression, and the implementation of planned social work. The tasks include urgent assessments, evaluating service needs, managing client cases in child and family social work, and working with children, young people, and families to enhance their well-being. The work emphasizes client-centeredness, early support, and collaboration with different actors and networks. The focus of the work is determined by the needs.
