Construction Equipment Salesperson - Suomen Rakennustuote Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for a construction equipment salesperson for our Pirkkala location! The role involves providing high-quality customer service, achieving successful sales, and continuously developing customer experience and sales. The work is mainly mobile, spending most of the week with customers in Pirkanmaa and nearby areas. Your task is to identify customer needs and find the most suitable and best solutions for them. We expect you to see yourself excelling in solution sales, with a positive and firm attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various situations with people. You will work closely with mechanics, service, and spare parts salespeople, actively contact customers, participate in customer visits and negotiations, and prepare contract drafts, requiring the ability to maintain and develop customer records. Your responsibilities include active new customer acquisition and developing existing customer relationships in collaboration with the local service and spare parts salesperson. You will work under the sales director, with weekly meetings providing opportunities for regular communication and collaboration. We hope you have experience in construction equipment sales, but other sales experience is also acceptable. Success in the role requires fluent Finnish and English skills, a solution-oriented work approach, and good IT skills. We also value excellent problem-solving, interaction, and collaboration skills.
