Kaiku HR is seeking multiple workers for RMC (Rauma Marine Constructions) for significant projects in the shipbuilding industry at the Rauma shipyard. You have the opportunity to join a team building modern icebreakers, defense ships, and world-class special vessels. Each of these ships is a masterpiece of technology and sustainability. Open positions are available for welders in various tasks, such as installing profiles. Your responsibilities may include: - Interpreting work descriptions based on images - Manually welding reinforcement profiles onto plates - Verifying tasks We require from you: - Interest in shipyard and mechanical workshop work - Previous work experience and/or training as a steel welder - Ability to read images - Ability to work in heavy work postures - Careful and proactive work attitude - Teamwork skills - Valid occupational safety and fire safety cards - Readiness for shift work Please note that selected candidates will undergo a basic personal security clearance.
