Job Description

The International School of Helsinki (ISH) is a vibrant, inclusive, and non-profit learning community offering education to students aged 4 to 18 through the International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum. Located in Finland's capital, ISH fosters a global mindset and prepares students for the complexities of the modern world. Our community includes over 100 staff members and approximately 500 students representing diverse cultures and nationalities. We are seeking a new, temporary team member to support the office staff at the reception, offering help with office duties. **Key Responsibilities Include:** - Warmly welcome guests, hand out visitors passes, and assist all people upon arrival at the school, including parents, students, and staff - Respond to telephone inquiries and forward calls and messages - Sort and distribute daily mail - Assist in copying and archiving duties - Arrange catering, and support other events and arrangements - Help the school personnel in any other duties and needs **What We Offer** This role provides opportunities to develop your skills in customer service work and to collaborate within a vibrant international learning community.
