Job Description
Become a Team Leader in Berry Picking. Temporary position for 3 months. 6 days a week. Starting from 15.07.2026. You will lead a group of 50 pickers and travel with the team across Finland to harvest berries. Accommodation is provided at campsites with all amenities. Your duties include preparing daily departures with buses, dropping pickers at picking sites, communicating with pickers, receiving, weighing, and handing over the berries. A driving license is required. Priority is given to those with a van. Salary: €5,000 per 30 days plus accommodation. We require experience in supervisory roles and at least a high school diploma.
