We are looking for a cheerful and dexterous thin metal sheet worker/assembler for our client in Paimio, to work in industrial production tasks. The work begins immediately upon finding a suitable candidate and is a fixed-term employment until the end of August. If the company's order backlog remains strong and additional orders are received, there is a good chance for longer-term employment. Your daily tasks will include various thin metal sheet work and mechanical assembly of device cabinets. The work is largely done using basic tools (such as cordless drills and other hand tools), so proficiency in their use is essential for success. Work will start with an orientation on day shifts, but we expect you to be ready for 2-shift work in the future. Previous experience in industrial assembly work, thin metal sheet work, or similar manual tasks. Proficient and safe use of basic tools. Willingness to work in 2-shift system, even though work starts on day shift. Careful, precise, and proactive attitude towards work. Basic Finnish language skills to ensure safety and smooth teamwork. Immediate start: You can begin work immediately according to agreement. Possibility of extension: The work is initially until the end of August, but good performers may have opportunities for longer employment with additional orders.
