Maintenance Person, Lapland Safaris Olos - Lapland Staff Oy - Muonio, Finland

Lapland Staff is seeking personnel for maintenance and guiding duties for the winter season 2026–2027 at the Lapland Safaris locations in Saariselkä and Olos. Job duties include preparing snowmobiles for daily safaris, minor maintenance tasks, fueling snowmobiles, and monitoring maintenance needs. Additionally, duties include maintaining the current accommodations and snowmobile trails, as well as other equipment and maintenance tasks. Depending on your skills, assisting guides or acting as a guide may also be part of your work. Successful performance of these tasks requires experience in snowmobile driving, handling, and technical knowledge. Flexibility and resilience under pressure are important qualities. We require proficiency in English and at least a B-class driving license. A BE-license is considered an advantage. Lapland Safaris provides paid orientation for new employees at the start of employment. The employment is fixed-term according to the service sector collective agreement. The work begins in November 2026. The work in Saariselkä is expected to last until mid-January, and in Olos until mid-April. Salary is based on the service sector collective agreement salary table, group B-C, starting at €12.90/hour. You should be prepared to work also on weekends and public holidays.
