In Latvia, a team of more than 1200 employees produces generations of favorite products with brands such as Laima, Selga, Staburadze, Adažu Čipsi, Spilva, Gutta, etc. Position: Junior Innovation Technologist Task: Creation and development of product recipes in the laboratory. You will promote cooperation with the production team and other departments to ensure a successful new product implementation process. Responsibilities: - Creation and development of product recipes in the laboratory. - Work with the SAP system, drafting production instructions. - Adapting new product recipes to existing production equipment. - Development of technological processes, regular updates, and necessary technological improvements. - Monitoring production processes for the first batches of new products, employee training, raw material testing, and physical-chemical testing of products as needed. - Cooperation with the production team and other departments to ensure a successful new product implementation process. - Preparation of quality documents necessary for the development of new products. Requirements: - Preferred higher education in food technology or chemistry and at least 2 years of work experience in the food production industry. - High sense of responsibility, ability to ensure precision in the performance of duties and set priorities when working in intensive conditions. - Good knowledge of Latvian and English (English is required for work in an international company environment). - Good computer skills (MS Office programs).
