Practical Nurse, Annala, Huittinen (Vampula) - Satakunnan hyvinvointialue - Pori, Finland

We are hiring three practical nurses for permanent positions in the 24-hour elderly care unit Annala. Annala has 38 resident places. Our operations are based on residents' own resources and individual, holistic care until the end of life. Our goal is to offer each resident a life according to their preferences and to support daily functioning and social relationships. As a practical nurse, you will be responsible for basic care and medication administration, as well as participating in implementing stimulating and meaningful daily activities. Your work also includes preparing care and service plans together with residents and their relatives, and conducting RAI functional capacity assessments. The work is primarily three-shift work. We require: - a practical nurse qualification or equivalent previous school-level qualification - a valid professional competence (Valvira registration) - fluent spoken and written Finnish language skills - vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act (Section 48) Experience working with the elderly is considered an advantage. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the law (741/2023, Section 28). Terms of employment and salary are determined according to the SOTE agreement. The task-specific salary is €2652.70/month. There is no possibility for remote work in this position. We observe a 6-month trial period in our selection process.
