Job Description
Creo Service Oy is an expert organization specializing in product development systems and their operating environments. They provide IT environments and systems related to product development as a service, along with consulting, support, and training. Creo Service Oy is part of Creo Center, a community of over 150 professionals from various fields. Due to growth and internationalization, the company is a pioneer in several service areas and aims to become one of the leading product development organizations in the Nordic countries, both in product development and in implementing digital transformation driven by product development. They are currently seeking two solution-oriented and technically skilled PLM consultants to join their growing expert team. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with your interest in modern systems to make a tangible impact on clients’ operations. The role involves executing diverse customer projects related to product data management. Clients are product development organizations outsourcing PLM system changes, deployment, and maintenance, working closely with named clients to provide solution-oriented consulting. You will be responsible for the deployment of PLM software, establishing new systems, configuring enterprise-level PLM systems, customizing and testing customer environments, and coordinating system updates. You will support clients throughout the deployment to ensure smooth transitions. Why choose Creo Service? Since the role centers on helping clients realize real business benefits from our systems, we seek a service-minded and solution-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and coaching clients towards best practices. We value excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Customer-facing project work can be fast-paced, so you should be able to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects at different stages of their lifecycle flexibly. You are proactive, able to see the big picture, and capable of tackling new and challenging issues. The role requires travel mainly within Finland, so a positive attitude towards business travel is expected. We expect from you: Knowledge of modern PLM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) Understanding of product lifecycle management from design to manufacturing Knowledge of product architecture, different product structures, and product structure views Suitable higher education degree, e.g., in software engineering, information and communication technology, or product development It is an advantage if you have experience with product modularity, sustainability tracking, and applying AI solutions in your work. Having a driver’s license and access to a car is beneficial.
