NIEMCO Ltd specializes in property management, leasing, operation of office hotels, and reception services. As our business grows, we are seeking a rental negotiator. In this role, you will primarily show commercial spaces and apartments in central Helsinki, but may also work elsewhere in the Helsinki metropolitan area if needed. Working hours are flexible and mainly during office hours, but in special cases, viewings may be held in the evenings. You will be part of the property management team, focusing on employee well-being, expertise, and customer service. There is potential for advancement to other positions over time. We expect that - You have a licensed residential property broker qualification (LVV) or an interest in obtaining it - You possess strong customer service skills - Your mindset is solution-oriented, and you work well with different types of people - You are sales-driven and results-oriented - You can organize your work efficiently - You are able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations - Your spoken Finnish and English are fluent It is an advantage if you have - Education in business or real estate - Experience in leasing apartments and/or commercial spaces - A valid driver’s license Interested?
