Lead Architect - Nexthink - Remote - Global

Nexthink is looking for a Lead Architect to own the architectural direction of the Nexthink Platform. This is a hands-on, high-influence role, reporting directly to the CTO, responsible for setting the vision, driving technical decisions, and shaping how AI, cloud, and data architecture come together across the product. You will lead a team of six senior architects across Europe, working closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership to define the platform's evolution. Responsibilities include defining the architecture roadmap, owning specific domains, and evaluating emerging technologies, especially AI and machine learning infrastructure. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in software architecture, with deep expertise in cloud-native systems, microservices, and high-volume data pipelines, preferably with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience in high-growth SaaS or product companies and at senior leadership levels is required. The role is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with relocation support.
