Job Description
The position involves building, developing, and maintaining strategic customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle from needs assessment to deal closure, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions, ensuring transparent communication, proactively managing risks, leveraging CRM systems, and optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, strong CRM skills (preferably HubSpot), high ownership and independence, fluency in German and English, proven success in client acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
